Biography
Born and raised in southern California, Victor relocated to Colorado Springs, Colorado to scholar in music.  Venues include corporate functions, exclusive societies, hospitals, hotels, military bases, residential, restaurants, retirement communities, musical theater and weddings.  Residing now in Colorado.
